The Relational Recipe helps you understand your unique relational style—especially the way you relate to power, “what you think is right,” and communication—while identifying what may be blocking you. It supports you through individualized relational practices designed to help you build stronger, more resilient relationships and experience more ease and enjoyment along the way.

You can either take your recipe and implement it on your own.

Or if you feel inspired to work with me 1-on-1, then it will be a jumping off point for our time together.

The cost of the recipe will be deducted from a 3-month package.

Here’s How It Works

First we hear from you….

Sit down and complete your Relational Review. Share your challenges, your hopes, and your growth edge. It will take 30 – 60 mins to complete the RR depending on the level of depth and detail you want to share.

Relational Review
You’ll complete an in-depth review where you dive into: your longing & desire, your relationship with power & authority, you’re invited to do a relationship inventory, share your relationship challenges, and share how you get what you want.
A Quick Video
For one or two of the questions I ask you to make a low-fi video recording of yourself, so I can also get an embodied sense of you.

Then, I’ll respond with a recipe for just you

This includes a tailored blend of insight, assessment, practices, meditations, reflective inquiries, exercises, rituals and curated resources.
Relational Recipe Video
Personal video from Martha, guiding you through the recipe and giving your deeper insight into what I’m seeing and suggesting.
